Want to join us? We are interested to learn to know talented designers who love working in teams.

Internships

Interns have always been joining our design team for a period of time. Are you looking for an exciting internship, working side by side with a design team that is idealistic, focused and highly professional?

Our offer

We offer industrial design internships for a period of 6 months. As an intern you will be part of the team and work alongside our designers. You will experience the environment of an industrial design studio, with hard work, meeting deadlines, discipline and fun.

Your role

We love self-starting and pro-active interns, with a professional attitude, willing to give their best for the benefit of the projects and our clients.

You will not have a fixed tutor in the studio, but you will work closely with our (senior) designers. We believe that you learn most if you are put right on the job.

Your motivation

We love teamwork and we are idealistic: this means that you are not designing for yourself or your own benefit, but to support the team, aiming for the best results for the end user of the product in terms of ergonomics and core meaning.

Our application process

We use a selection process where we read and check all incoming portfolio's and motivations within a few days. We will let you know if we would like to set up a meeting with you or not.

If you got selected, then we would like to meet you in person at our studio in Amsterdam.

Due to legislation we can only accept interns that hold a valid EU passport.

In your portfolio we would like to see your design process, your choices and your skills in different area's like aesthetics, sketching, form finding, research, 3d cad modeling, mockup making and engineering.

We pay a monthly fee of EUR 300 to interns, which is the standard in The Netherlands.

Do you dare to create positive change in people's lives?

We use our industrial design expertise and product development skills to help people reach healthier, safer or better life conditions. That sounds idealistic, and so it is.

Of course we also know about the dynamics of business and about the need to make money. We believe we can help your company to achieve both: make good money and design products that contribute to people's well being.

We partner with courageous companies, from start-up to multinational and design both medical products, sports products, transport & vehicles, professional products and high quality consumer products. Those fields share the need for a high level of ergonomic product design, class-a surface modeling and love for detail.

You find our products in Europe, the USA and Asia in many different places like care homes, paper manufacturing facilities, sport courts, construction sites, hospitals and dentists practices.
